A car club of enthousiasts of Studebaker
Avanti and successors. |
At
august 8th of 1972 we have founded the AOS with 16 owners
of Studebaker Avantis and their successors Avanti II.
It was one of the first car clubs in Switzerland dedicate
to as special model of cars, i.e. Studebaker. We contacted
the former representations of Studebaker in Switzerland
and so we got the addresses of present owners.
In the meantime some new members joined the club and we
have an actuel stock of about 40 members in Switzerland
and in other european countries such as Germany, Austria,
Italy, France, Belgium and others. There is a permanent
change in owners and unfortunately we lost some members
of the real beginning of the club. We are very interested
to get news about those former members and
hope that they will contact us.
